After initially having a tech come out, my usual service had been ghosting me for almost a month and winter is here. My home is 120yo and has a floor furnace which I love. I called late on Thursday afternoon and talked to Brenda. We spoke again on Friday afternoon, then she connected me with Brenton. He had my furnace going by 11:00 Monday morning! Oh, yeah, I should mention - I live an hour away! Brenton was absolutely great. I could tell immediately that he knew what he was talking about and he jumped right in and got to work. (He had even offered to come over the weekend if I wanted him to, but since we were having a warmer spell, I could wait until Monday.) This is what service needs to be - professional, courteous and efficient the entire process. My entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. Cross will definitely be my go to for heat and air in the future. I simply can’t recommend them enough.
