  I has been nearly three years since Powers Design and Build completed a beautiful kitchen remodel for our home. Recently, I noticed the finish on some of my beautiful cabinets was peeling around the knob handles. After contacting Bill Powers about this he immediately sent Julie Fulton out to inspect the cabinet doors. They agreed that this should not be happening, contacted the manufacturer's rep and within weeks ordered a complete new set of cabinet doors for my ENTIRE kitchen. This would ensure that the shade of the finish on ALL my cabinet doors would match perfectly. The process was completed quickly, efficiently, and FREE of charge. Julie was SO friendly and an absolute delight to work with. Ray was conscientious, hard working, and the cabinet doors were hung beautifully. Thank you, Thank you!   Working with Powers Design & Build was a truly positive experience. From the beginning, they crafted an excellent plan that perfectly captured our vision and we absolutely love the final result. Our kitchen, family room, bar area, and pantry were transformed into an exceptional space that feels both functional and beautiful. The team was professional and skilled. Carpenters Ray and Mark stood out for their responsiveness, punctuality, and craftsmanship. Every specialist from the plumber to the tile floor installer, countertop team, and fireplace tile installer delivered top-notch work. One recommendation: be sure to document all decisions and changes in writing to keep everything clear and on track. Overall, we’re thrilled with the outcome and recommend Powers Design & Build for anyone seeking quality and creativity in their home renovation.

  To semi truckers only!!!!!! Please call them as soon as you know you are delivering to them if you have a semi. If you have their address on Yale as delivery. Even if it is after hours, leave a message. THEY do call back after hours (I called early, not saying if you call at 2am, you would get a call back). You can NOT take a semi down their road. They will instruct you what to do. What I might tell you at the time you read this might be outdated. If this post helped you, please give it a thumbs up, and don't forget to leave your review.

  Bill Powers was easy to work with and managed our addition and renovation on a 1935 house very well from design through construction. He stayed on a reasonable schedule and communicated changes timely. His subs are high quality particularly his carpenters/craftsmen and the tile guys were excellent. Bill communicates frequently with updates and provides alerts if unforeseens occur in a timely manner. Overall, very satisfied customers.

  Powers design blew the roof off, literally! They moved staircases, raised a new 2nd story roof, updated all windows, gutted and rebuilt master suite and kitchen all while working with us to maintain the 1929 character of the house. He is a master at scheduling and making sure down days are kept to a minimum! His crews are professional and very meticulous at their crafts! After 9 months, we are in our massively renovated home and absolutely love it I am not much of a photographer but here are a few after pics. Would absolutely recommend Powers Design & Build for any size job!
