  Great job! The guy was very knowledgeable and Didn’t mind me hanging out and asking questions. He answered all questions I had and took his time doing an overall great job. I have been with Robinson’s Air for a long time but now they are gone so I think I will stick with Paschal now.

  Paschal recently took over Robinson Air and this was my first interaction with the new company. It was a great experience! A familiar technician came to the home. He spent time explaining the new plans that were similar in price, if not better. There was a follow up call to insure I understood the new plan. It was an awesome transition!!

  Dealing with the office and service department trying to get our HVAC repaired quickly was not a good experience at all. Communication left a lot to be desired. However, Ardell, the 2nd HVAC repairman to come out was AMAZING!! He was professional, kind, courteous and cared about our company and getting the unit fixed. He is a gem and they need more employees like him.

  Service man showed up ready to perform work required .very professional with expertise to repair the unit . Very kind and friendly answered any and all questions.explained all options for maintainence plans excellent service. Thank you for your great help.I know where to look for all my future needs for A/C hvav and plumbing needs. Great prices too!

  Mark with Pascal was great. Very professional and courteous. I don't know alot about heat and air units, so when I asked a question Mark take thetime to fully explain and answer all questions I had. He even took the time to call later in the day to make sure evening was still working. That right there says ALOT to me. Thank you.
