  Couldn't be happier with my new shed. Darren K. was my rep and was super helpful in getting me exactly what I needed, helping set up financing, and making sure things were properly communicated to the builders on design, paint, etc. Tuffshed even handled the permits, as well as tearing down and hauling away my old shed! The installers were lighting fast and cleaned up after themselves when it was all done. No complaints.

  Found a shed on the lot Paid in full for shed on the lot They said it would be delivered the next Tuesday I called to confirm on that Monday I was not on the schedule I called multiple times that week Still not on the schedule The following week comes and goes Still not on the schedule They finally call to schedule with a week of rain in the forecast Finally on the schedule Driver calls ahead to preplan the delivery and then arrives with no shed Driver walks the property and says he will return with the shed shortly (weird) I then receive a call “not deliverable” they tell me This was an ideal delivery (still puzzled) At this point I just want my shed or money refunded Refunding my money was the only good experience I had with “No Tuff Sheds of Tulsa” Bison Built Sheds delivered 2 days later and was much cheaper and better quality

  Really nice shed, and the installers were very capable and courteous. Overall good experience! We love it, and our dogs will too!

  Horrible experience. They took over a month to deliver. The tuff shed had a broken window and was never fixed (even though i was told it would be fixed). The key to the shed didn't work, customer service is horrible. The contractor they sent to deliver damaged our fence. After contacting them no one wanted to take responsibility. Had to fix the fence out of my own pocket. The customers service person named Scott denied any responsibility for the incident. If I could rate anything lower than one star I would. Would never recommend.
