Zach came in a knowledgeable gentleman, every step was explained, I have a better understanding of how my plumbing works. Invoice is easy to understand and payment a sinch. I know who I will be calling and requesting when we find ourselves in need again. Thank you Hickman Plumbing for taking us so last min, and Zach for showing up and showing out.
- RGRandy GladneyDec 16, 20251.0Had to reschedule an appointment because technician was running over on a job. That's understandable because things happen. Rescheduled for the next day between 2 and 6. Technician came around 3pm. I have a leaking tub/shower faucet that I thought was a common job for a plumbing tech. He wasn't able to remove the faucet handle and also didn't have the correct alen wrench to take it off. He asked me could he use my tools. Then because of the amount of work that might have to be done to remove the handle and it might damage it, they would have to reschedule. So nothing was done, and I still was charged $80 fir the visit. The cost to replace the shower assembly is $500. I'm shopping around for better service and prices.
