- DLDavid LopezOct 14, 20241.0I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone. I am a hotshot driver. I walked in no one was even at the reception desk. They processed my load and when I ask Mr. Scott Robinson the actual weight of the item he supposably didn’t have the knowledge of the specs or weight. I’m sure they have to know or have it recorded how much an item is at weight. After this his attitude when up the roof he didn’t even want to let me take the item of his yard due to the equipment I had or maybe it was my race cause he made remarks hinting he was racist and treatment and curse words was definitely unprofessional! I definitely don’t recommend this business at all to anyone! Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from Mr. Scott Robinson. Please stay away from this place if you do any hauling or if you’re looking to rent any equipment find somewhere else.

- RTRobert TownsendApr 11, 20181.0walked in, no one home. all doors open. not a soul in sight. not at counter, not in lobby, not in offices, not in parts department. come to think of it, i probably could have cleaned everything out. not a soul in sight. felt kind of creepy. finally found someone in the back of the service department. he did a good job of discouraging me from renting from them... i went elsewhere and got a much better deal anyway, so... yay?
