- DMDonovan Marcella4 days ago5.0It all started when I had a tech come out and tune-up our AC/Heating system with the tune-up plan they offered. The tech discovered that the Heat Exchanger was cracked and leaking CO in to the house. A couple days later, we had Dylan from sales come accompanied by the Owner. 2 hours later and a great relationship with the company, we got our AC delivered and installed the very next day(it was quite extensive considering the vents got relocated to attic and all was done on New Years Eve). There were a few delays, problems on my side with the electrical, but they came and handled it for me and got it fixed. Genuinely nice people that go the extra mile. I will not go anywhere else for my AC/Heating needs. I highly recommend as they are not out to gouge the customer and they do genuinely care about each and every one of their customers.
