The "whole crew" we're great, VERY profesional from the bidding process, explaining the process, and the installation. Very knowledgable, polite, respectable in manners, cleaned up everything and all is working as a promised,,,,,,very quiet running unit. On 12/29/25 called to schedule service for a water leak at my meter. It was scheduled that day between 3:00pm and 5:00pm. The Airco tech called me @4:20pm to let me know he was 30 minutes out. I was still at work so I let my wife know they were headed to our home. I left work to head home @4:40pm. When I got home they had already found the leak and doing the repair. My wife let me know they told her the cost estimate was over $1,600.00. I thought she miss understood what they said so I went out to discuss the estimate and the tech was done with the repair. He said the cost is $1, 675.00 and I wanted an explanation of why so much and he only said he didn't set the price the company did. From the time he arrived @ my home until he was done was 1.5 hrs and repaired a small pipe that was leaking. He complained of being cold and wet and had to dig a 2ft hole to get to the problem. I told him I had done a lot of business with Airco and wanted to speak with his manager the next day. Never received a call from his manager. I did speak with Lance Barber a sales rep, but he couldn't get anything done either. Ask for the tech to email this invoice and he never did. Finally I called and got the invoice yesterday 01-05-26. I paid it but not happy as $1675.00 is highway robbery. Last week I called different companies and the price ranged from $350.00 to $400.00 for the job Airco charged us $1675.00 for. Airco needs to do the right thing and refund part of this $1675.00. At this point I would never recommend Airco for anything. This is a hard lesson for me and if I had made it home in time I would have paid them their service call of $99.00 and called someone else to come repair.

Just about every service tech that has been here has been very polite and keeps a clean work area. All have been personable. Chance stood out from the others that have been to our home. He kept us appraised of each step of work he was doing. He was very cheerful. A very personable young man. He noticed little things about us to connect with. Would love to have him as our regular service tech!

Arrived on time completed insulation project in little over an hour. Had pictures showing depth in various areas. Courteous and polite.
Everything we expected from AIRCO who did our complete hvac relocation.
Above was just for the insulation, now for the relocation of the complete system to the attic area.
Everyone from Charles for initial assesment to Dakota and the crew led by Chandler and all the others that i can't remember their names were amazing people to deal with. The relocation was not an easy project due to limited access and tight work spaces.
We would highly recommend AIRCO for your HVAC needs

I can’t speak to the quality of the furnace maintenance performed, since I don’t know anything about HVAC, but I don’t have any reason to believe anything was amiss. Paige was nice and seemed knowledgeable.
Unfortunately, when it came time to pay the bill, things turned sour. When I scheduled the appointment back on October 24, I was quoted $150 for the maintenance (two units) and was told they would honor the 20% discount through the CARE card (offered by Family & Children’s Services every year). But after the service was complete, Paige called their office and was told that not only were we quoted the wrong price (it’s now $198), they are no longer honoring the CARE card discount. So what we thought was going to cost $120 ($150 minus 20%) ended up being $198. In hindsight I should have asked for the quote in writing, but given this experience, I won’t be using Airco again or recommending them to anyone else.
Update: Today I received a call from an Airco representative who deals with unflattering customer reviews. She said we should have received the Care Card discount of 20%, so she is going to issue us a refund of $40 (20% of $198). I thanked her but mentioned that we were still charged more than we were quoted initially. She offered us a free one-year membership that will include one AC tune up in the Spring and one furnace tune up in the fall, around a $250 value. I accepted this offer and will give Airco another chance to regain our trust.
