I got a great deal due to personal connections, sorry guys. This project ended up taking several weeks from start to finish and cost around $7800 for the install! Customer service tried to be helpful (one person) but due to constant personnel movement (hiring/firing), they failed miserably. Several personnel came out, electrical guys, gas line guys, generator guys, internal inspector, city inspector and so on , but never the same person(s) twice (they normally came in pairs). This was bothersome as no one knew the others job or why they did what they did. I ask questions as I want to know what's being done and why. They didn't seem to like that either. In any event, when it was done and I had already invested about $14,000 in this package, they provided estimates for other "suggested" (not needed) work totaling another $2000 - $4000)!! I finally spoke to a "manager" who was combative, insulting and rude! I told him I knew of Airco in Texas (same logo, same picture but different people on vans, same services) and this really got his goat. "We are not the same, this is a family owned company, and Ii'm NOT going to argue with you!" His tone on that subject was the final straw. Not a great experience, too expensive and took WAY to long to complete. Shop around, there are others that take pride and ownership in their work.

He took time to blow out dust and debris from my hearter that had accumulated over the past spring and summer. He gave direct eye contact and was peasant to talk to. He explained the problem and what the simple solution was to resolve the issue. My heating system now works perfectly and is ready for the colder winter months that loom ahead.
