    I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Airco regarding a water heater installed in Jan 2026. The unit failed by mid-February, and the repair process has been a disaster. 1. Faulty Install: New unit stopped working in under 45 days. 2. Poor Communication: We were told 8–11 AM; the office later claimed it was 8–12 PM just to avoid admitting the tech was late. 3. Extreme Delays: The technician finally called after noon to state he was still two hours away. We moved our entire schedule to accommodate this appointment. Airco is overpriced and unreliable. I expect better when going through a major retailer like Lowe’s.

    Worst company I've ever dealt with. I had a hot water tank installed on January 9th not even a month after install I have no hot water. Technician was supposed to show up between 8am-11am instead I got a phone call at 1pm saying he was 2 hours away. I could not make that work so they scheduled me again for 3 days later

    Why’d your technician’s imply our furnace/air conditioning system was “too old to be repaired” we just looked up all the information and found out they are from 2017!! I don’t think we’ll be needing anymore service from you again!! Maybe train your technicians or tell them not to lie 😆 we’ll find someone else to do this repair 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Charged me over a thousand for diagnostics, encouraged me to apply to their financial aid, hit my credit with a hard check, sold my information because suddenly I’m getting dozens of calls a day for personal loans I wasn’t getting before, and ghosted me. Edit: I just had Half Moon plumbing out to look at what needed to be done -- the things Airco services quoted me for didn't even need to be done, and it turns out I have a septic tank which they couldn't seem to figure out themselves anyways. Their two guys couldn't figure out in four hours what Half Moon plumbing did in one.

    I scheduled Airco for an electrical panel upgrade from 120 amp to 200 amp, along with installation of a new EV outlet. I was initially told they were available the following Thursday between 1 and 5 pm. On Thursday, I received a call saying several technicians were out sick and they needed to reschedule. They asked if Friday morning would work, and I confirmed that I was only available until noon. The representative asked if 8 am worked and confirmed that I would be first on their schedule. On Friday, no one arrived at 8 am. Around 8:50 am I called and was told I was still first on the list, but the appointment window was actually 8 am to 12 pm. By 11:45 am no one had arrived. I called again and explained that I had to leave in 15 minutes but would be available after 4 pm. I was told someone would come out later that day. When I called again around 5:45 pm, I was informed that my new availability window was 5 to 8 pm and that the technician assigned to me was still on another job with no clear completion time. At that point, I canceled the appointment and went with another electrical company. I do want to note that every person I spoke with was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. Customer service was never the issue. Unfortunately, the repeated scheduling issues and lack of follow through made it impossible to move forward, especially for a job that requires coordination and reliability.
