Jessie went above and beyond to answer every question and teach us everything we needed to know to make an informed choice on carpet and padding. He was so quick to respond to every text and call, even after hours. I have not experienced customer service like this since I can remember. Plus the pricing was better than the other two bids I got. Highly recommend… and ask for Jessie!
