  We have hired airco for a couple of jobs recently and have been pleased with our technicians every time. Boa came out to help us with our A/C and he was absolutely delightful. He explained why we were having the issue with our air and made us feel like he was eager to come back to get it fixed. He was polite and thorough. I’d recommend them to anyone who owns a home!

  I finally replaced my 18 year old hot water heater. Micky, with Airco, did an excellent job. Scheduling was easy, he showed up on time, and finished 1 hour early. He explained the operation of the unit and performed a clean up before leaving. The city inspector came out to ensure the installation was done properly per code and had no issues. The inspector said “Airco always does a good job”.

  Peyton called while enroute, which was great. Upon arrival, he went right to work. He was very courteous and answered any questions we had. He explained the new AI system to make appointments after I commented about the process because I asked if it was AI. Just for record, I don't like this system as you lose the "personal touch" which seems to be going away for too many businesses. When complete, he asked if any further questions. Then he left. No complaints

  Mr. Stephen, Reggie, and the entire Airco team did a phenomenal job installing our new air conditioning system. We had a full HVAC system replacement, including a new air handler, furnace, outdoor AC unit, electrical panel upgrades, and ductwork/air vents. This was a large, complex HVAC installation project, and they handled it with professionalism from start to finish—even completing the work over the Easter holiday weekend. Their crew was punctual, knowledgeable, relatable, reliable, respectful, and highly skilled in air conditioning installation, HVAC replacement, and system upgrades. The attention to detail, communication, and cleanliness throughout the process really stood out.   Paige did an excellent job! She arrived on time and performed the spring maintenance on our two systems with clear professionalism and expertise. Like most service techs, she shared some product and service recommendations—totally understandable given the company's revenue driven goals—but she didn't push too hard. I especially appreciated her candid, personal advice about potential future system replacements; it felt genuine and helpful. Paige was knowledgeable, confident, and answered every question thoroughly. We've kept the annual maintenance agreement for both systems for several years now, and I can say it's been well worth the cost—especially for anyone who isn't comfortable doing the work themselves. That said, it's frustrating how quickly these systems seem designed to wear out. Planned obsolescence drives up repair and replacement costs, but that's an industry-wide issue, not something specific to AirCo. Even after being acquired by a larger group, AirCo still feels like a solid, customer-focused company. The technicians and office staff are consistently friendly and competent. While profitability matters, I hope they never lose sight of service quality in the pursuit of it. I'll definitely keep using AirCo and would trust them for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or any full-system installation—they're good at what they do. Thanks, AirCo—keep up the consistent competent work.
