  Worked with Lane Bruder and his team for over 5 years now. They are always responsive, hooking us up with the equipment we need when we need it! Anytime issues arise, they always make it right. We look forward to many more projects with United!

  The worse rental business and in Stillwater. They will cheat you and smile while they do it. Not professional at all. More like professional thieves. Take my advice and stay far away form United Rentals

  They do have good people working here but i would consider checking prices with other companies before renting here. Kinnunens is always cheaper........

  I contacted all of the rental companies in the area in looking for a device that met certain specifications. I spoke with a representative over the phone at United Rentals who told me they could get me what I was looking for and quoted me the specification for a certain price. Later I call to confirm and state I do intend to rent it, and I am told that indeed, they do have this and it will be at that price. I come to their location at the beginning of a week and rent it for that week, and before I pay I check again with the representative about the specifications, and I am assured that it will be exactly as I expect. After I get the equipment to the work site, I realize that it is actually labeled with its specifications, and, lo and behold, it is not what it was advertised as. The deviation was not so significant that I was completely prevented from doing the work needed, but progress was significantly affected. Since my helper had already taken the entire week off in advance so they could help me with the work, I went ahead with using it, even though progress was not as it should have been. When I returned the equipment the following week, I told the representative (the same one that I paid initially) that it did not meet the specifications I requested, according to the tag on the equipment itself, even though multiple salesmen had repeatedly assured me otherwise. The representative asked if my work was affected, which I said yes. He effectively said nothing in response and handed me my receipt for returning it. I was offered absolutely nothing in return for being misled by their salesmen repeatedly into paying for a rental which did not match what was advertised, not even an apology! I have no intention of renting anything from this place again, since their word was obviously not trustworthy. If you value your time and don't want to risk having your time wasted by false advertising, then I suggest renting from some place else!
