However, he recharged the refrigerant without consulting me. Refrigerant is expensive. In all fairness, I likely would have taken the risk if consulted.

B&L never fails to impress and help me with great availability and resolution. The ladies that take the calls are amazing and so helpful!! Thank you Ben and all the others there!!! I do not know the cost but he said about $150.
