By Friday morning he was out on my roof, and in less than an hour had it sorted, as well as replacing three completely deteriorated rubber boots. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and took time to explain what he saw, and tell me what to look out for on the ceilings of my home. The service was prompt and reasonably priced. I think you can trust these guys if you're looking for something in the same ballpark. Highly recommended.
