- RGryan gageMay 31, 20251.0Horrible!! I called in advance to see if they had a tool that I needed to rent. The lady said yes, We have that. I drove 30 minutes to pick it up and was told by a very rude guy that we don't carry that and tried to talk me into renting a totally different tool that would definitely not work for what I was doing. Total waste of an hour of my time. I went to Home Depot and renting what I needed from nice staff.

They apologized and said they ordered the correct one and would call us. No call! No welder! We are a week behind on the job and had to pay out of our own pocket to now purchase a welder. I am very disappointed in United and if I could give 0 stars I would.
