  My husband and I recently purchased a home and needed to have our heating and air system moved overhead because the floor ducts were rusted and one had even collapsed. After reaching out to several companies, SunTech Heat & Air Plumbing stood out as the most genuine and trustworthy. Once we made our decision, they were able to start the very next day and completed the entire job in just two days. The crew—Billy P., Zac S., Roger E., Nick S., and Milton F.—were exceptional. They were respectful of our home, took the time to explain everything step by step, and left the space clean when they finished. What really stood out was their professionalism and attention to detail. They made sure we fully understood how everything worked before leaving, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. If we had to go through this process again, we would choose SunTech without hesitation. They truly care about their customers, and we are incredibly grateful for their work. Highly recommend!

  They choose to price gouge over parts and repairs rather than serving their clientele respectfully. If you're having any financial struggle, do not reach out to these people. They ended up price gouging me on just a inspection for repair. The parts needed I was given a ridiculous estimate on.

  I had my free 15 point Inspection Done which was included with my membership. I also had two suggested maintenance Jobs done I’m very comfortable having this membership

  On January 22nd we heard water leaking, after some looking around found it was from our geothermal unit, the $18k geothermal unit SunTech Heat & Air & Plumbing installed and highly recommended in 2022 and that we’ve had constant issues with since. Suntech admitted multiple times, this type of unit should not have been installed with our current well system. The water leak caused a mold issue. Suntech approved a mold mitigation company to come in and remove the flooring, bathroom, and mold. The mold mitigation process has been complete for 5 weeks, but Suntech will not approve our house to be put back together. We are down to sub-flooring in one kids room, the hallway,dining room, the bathroom is completely gutted, and we have no HVAC unit. We’ve been staying in a rental with our 3 foster children and 4 animals. We just want our house back and Suntech to make this right!! GM Joseph Hobson refuses to take responsibility.

  I am very impressed with SunTech. I have done business with Hunter, Heat and Air for years due to the quality of their work. When they stopped servicing my area, I was really bummed. But they recommend SunTech who they are merged with in my area. When they showed up to service my 20+ year old furnace, I was pleasantly surprised to see a tech, David, I was familiar with from Hunter. Like in the past, David was extremely thorough and very kind. I tried his best to make sure my unit was working at its best. We eventually talked and he had Dustin (?) send me a quote. I never felt pressured to buy a new unit (I needed one) and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions. Yesterday Jake and Billy came out to install my new unit. They were there practically the whole day install my new AC and furnace, while dismantling the Frankenstein that was my old unit. When they left, both my garage and my driveway were spotless. I can tell you how impressed I am with the service!
