  From making the appointment to the signing of service complete this company is professional and on top of it. They texted me reminders of the appointment as well as when the technician was on his way. Lance was my tech today. Courteous, professional, and friendly. He made sure to explain what service was done, and what other service might be needed. Pronto is the only company I trust when it comes to heat and air.

  Great price and prompt service for the visit. They came the same day I called and were punctual, very friendly; they fixed what needed fixing in just 20 minutes, and we were thrilled to have our air conditioning working again! 🙌🏼 Thank you! I would definitely hire them again.

  Pronto's team Sean and Andrew arrived yesterday to troubleshoot and discovered our R22 compressor died after 40 years of service. Same day, they cleaned ducts, wrapped the price for the cleaning, new power wiring, new condenser and coils with furnace (all York) plus a friendly troubleshoot/ tuneup on our home's secondary HVAC system all into the same bill, a little under $10,000 (The home's secondary system did not need replaced or service much yet, and the entire replacement occurred the next day, today). While this is a HUGE price, so is the job (a full day), and the labor with lingering perks are worth it. Our daughter is extremely sensitive to heat, and could render her in seizures... Pronto's quick response, amazing professional attitude, warm and personable personalities were just what the doctor ordered. When things go south, and on systems like these they always do... We will certainly be calling Pronto right out of the box. A need to return in a couple of days in order to finish the installation of some fresh air to the furnace from the attic, and we'll be keeping our ear to the ground for that last appointment being scheduled. Thank you all, Pronto, Sean and Andrew for your awesome work.

  Did some warranty work for me on a system that they installed. Replaced the compressor that was still under warranty. The tech wasn’t on time with the appointment, but the communication. Was great. The only issue that I do have is I was charged for 4 hours of work and the job was done in less than 2.

  Pronto has been servicing my heater and AC units for about a year now and everytime they come out, they are beyond professional, quick and efficient. They give honest feedback on any services needed and provide the most affordable plans to help get those services done. Travis came out to service my AC today and did a fantastic job. He was courteous, quick, and provided a thorough review on what he did. I even asked him some additional questions on duct work and he gave me his professional opinion and the steps to correct it. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your heating and air needs!
