They were all very professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. Emilie and Wes were always available for any questions/concerns.

The first number I called went to voicemail turned out to be Joe Mahan, one of the owners, although I didn't leave a message, he was kind enough to call me back and check on my needs. Summer is quite friendly and helpful, telling me that she will have a person give me a call. Royce gave me a call and we set up an appointment. Royce is friendly, thorough and great at communicating, emailing his report and an estimate for suggested repairs. We really appreciate the people and service we received.

Royce was extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance company and helping with planning around weather delays. They did such a good job with my insurance claim I hired them to do general repairs and repaint the whole house. Once again Royce was great, never more than a phone call away when I had questions. The house looks great! Will be recommending to friends and family!

They asked for a large deposit upfront and promised to start the project quickly. After the payment was made, communication became very difficult and the project kept getting delayed. Overall a very frustrating experience.
