  I’ve had nothing but problems since these windows were installed. They have been out multiple times, even had the manufacturer out. The installer puts little stickers in to block air and he told me that no windows will keep all the air out. The manufacturer comes out and takes all the sticky thing out and says they don’t need them. The installer comes back and puts the stickers back in! (They blame each other) SMH So her I am with drafty windows either freezing or burning up! I did buy heavy curtains that help a little. Guess these windows will never be fixed! A BIG WAS OF $10,000! Can not recommend

  Window broken during installation. I was told 2 weeks for replacement by installer. I called WW office to confirm replacement installation next week. I was then told possibly 6 weeks for replacement to arrive. Perhaps a more truthful response initially from installer would have been helpful. Later.... I received a call from Todd, production manager. Todd was kind and explained their replacement process for the broken window. I relayed the experience of my call to WW. I appreciate that Todd took the time to call, provide information and listen to feedback. I had replaced other windows earlier this year. My experience with WW was superb at that time.

  I’ve used Window World for 4 houses and they do NOT disappoint! Prior to the first time I had Window World replace windows, I got quotes from several other companies and none of them the others came close on the price and quality. In fact, one salesman got angry, packed up his sales presentation materials slammed his briefcase closed and yelled “why didn’t you tell me you’d already talked to Window World” as he slammed my front door closed behind him.

  We can’t say enough good things about Window World! They installed all new windows in our metal two-story home along with a new sliding back door, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. They were the most cost-effective option we found, without sacrificing quality at all the windows are beautiful and high quality. Their customer service was outstanding, and the installation crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. Even more impressive, all of our windows and the door were completed in just a day and a half. We truly appreciate their hard work and highly recommend Window World to anyone looking for great value, quality products, and top-notch service.
