- DGDusty GilpinAug 3, 20191.0I rarely leave negative reviews. However, I arranged for a lift to be delivered at 9am on Monday morning. My employee and I waited for 2 hours for the lift to be delivered after multiple calls and being told it was on its way ( 4 mi.). I had to fight to get them to agree to drop the $125 delivery charge that was tacked on to the invoice (there is also a $125 pick up fee). They offered no apology for the tardiness and I've only been refunded $103.43. I will not use this rental company again and I would advise others against it as well.
