I drove 30 minutes to pick it up and was told by a very rude guy that we don't carry that and tried to talk me into renting a totally different tool that would definitely not work for what I was doing. Total waste of an hour of my time. I went to Home Depot and renting what I needed from nice staff.

My employee and I waited for 2 hours for the lift to be delivered after multiple calls and being told it was on its way ( 4 mi.). I had to fight to get them to agree to drop the $125 delivery charge that was tacked on to the invoice (there is also a $125 pick up fee). They offered no apology for the tardiness and I've only been refunded $103.43. I will not use this rental company again and I would advise others against it as well.
