Jacob and his assistant showed up first thing in the morning to the start our shower remodel. We were going from a tub/shower combo to a walk in shower in my dad’s bathroom for easier use for my dad’s benefit. They stayed late trying to finish it but it got to be too late so they had to come back the next day. The next day after a little miscommunication and resolution with Craig they were back and worked all day to finish the shower. Craig and Jacob were amazing to communicate with and were quick to resolve any issues we had! Thank you so much to the Tailored Remodeling team.

The sales person had a great program for helping us customize the shelving options and visualize what the finished product looked like. They are a full service install, which was important to us as we had some aging plumbing fixtures that needed replaced, and weren't sure if there would be any mold when they removed the old shower (luckily there was not). It took about 6 weeks from when we purchased to when they were ready to install it, and only two days to do the demo and install. Our installer was courteous and very professional. We were happy with how the shower and toilet replacement went and would recommend Tailored Roofing and Remodeling for your bathroom remodeling
