About us
In 1976, Bill Brewer took a chance in a crowded flooring market and opened the doors for the first time to what was originally called Rug & Carpet Outlet. Shortly thereafter, Bill hired Steve Street to assist him in the day-to-day operations. It wasn’t long before Steve worked his way up and joined Bill as his business partner. Many things in the flooring world have changed since 1976, including our name, but many qualities of our local, family-owned business have remained the same. Rug & Carpet of Oklahoma (RCO) has served customers for over 40 years at the same location with professional, quality service and great customer care at affordable prices.

They have so much inventory in their back warehouse so they can give you quick answers and very reasonable pricing. And they will work with you on your price point as well. The installation on our stairs was very professional and fast! They don't nickel and dime you like we saw at other places.
