I called another company and that company (no names) was a little pushy and i felt like they were trying to over sale. I called Ramjack and Bobby came out. He was super honest, told me to watch it for a while but eventually it would probably need piers. I told him, no i want to do it before issues. Crew came out, did an amazing job. Super efficient, courteous and just bad ass. I watched the whole time (because i like to learn) and they had no issues with that. I am in the service industry and this company and these crews are top notch. 110% recommend without hesitation.

He was professional and helpful AND he dolidn't talk down to me (a woman). He treated me as an equal. He took time to explain why these things were happening and gave me pointers to fix them. Will definitely call them in the future if needed. One of the few honest companies left that dont't charge you just to come out and don't try to sell things you don't need. Even told me about fixes I might be told we would need for our issues that are not necessary.i cannot recommend them enough!

Chuck explained everything and made the whole process easy. Luke and his crew did a great job. They covered furniture and walls to limit the amount of dust and dirt. They even cleaned up everything after the job was done. They were very patient and respectful with my aunt asking questions and sometime getting in their way. I feel they went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.
