- AWAshley WilsonJun 23, 20252.0I have visited this showroom now on 3 different occasions for some home renovation projects .our first time we were greeted and helped with some tile selections for a bathroom . The last two times I have visited didn’t go as well . Wasn’t greeted and not ever approached to see if I needed help. I had look for sizes and ended up using chat gpt to help me with my selections . I was in there for an hour with no one asking if I needed help. Once I found what I wanted , I had to approach an employee to at least get the information to send to my contractor. The tile sizes I was looking for they didn’t offer and the gentleman was like sorry . I had to ask if there was any other options for the sizes I was looking for . He says not that comes to my mind. No suggestions or anything. I guess they do enough business that mine didn’t matter. Off to classic tile and stone I go. Will not be coming back for my other reno projects.
