- SSSara StephensFeb 21, 20231.0Millcreek is extremely unorganized and lack communication. We had our floors, countertops and sink put in several months ago. Still do not have our trim put back in as it should be. In fact, they cut some of it completely up. We weren’t informed that our sink wouldn’t be hooked up so we had to call a plumber out to do that along with replace both our toilets because that took those out and busted the seal. Then we were supposed to get backsplash but it was extremely uneven so we refused to allow them to install it. It was a complete nightmare. I do not recommended them to anyone!

He said he couldn't come out for a "free measure" when we already had given him the measurements. Said he "just couldn't drop everything" Don't go here.
