Rather than giving me a quote and estimated time frame that they could start (I was fully expecting it to be months out) I received an email asking for some pictures and couple clarifying questions. When I had sent what they requested they replied that they did not realize I am was wanting a residential gate and that what I needed would not be worth their time and they had no idea what other company could help. We are replacing the entire fence and not just a gate, but it’s not going to be with Marshall after being told I was wasting their time trying to get a quote.
