Unfortunately, my husband and I bought a home where the previous homeowners had just purchased wood flooring from lumber liquidators. The flooring was installed incorrectly the first time, so they had to come out and completely reinstall again. We moved in after the second installation and we were present when the crew came to install the quarter round, transition pieces, vents, etc. First, the vent covers that were ordered were too short for the vent cut outs (see picture). Instead of figuring out a way to make them work, Pedro suggested we “go to Home Depot and buy metal vents”. Wrong. My husband spent the evening after they left going behind these guys and making these vent covers work. Second, they were extremely sloppy and careless. You can see glue sticking out from under the transition pieces (see picture). I have also found globs of glue on door casings, etc. My freshly painted kitchen cabinets had multiple scratches/chips in areas that are far away from the floor (see picture). It was almost like someone was walking through the kitchen with a tool belt and banging it into the corners and drawers. Third, they left all the back doors undone. They just left them uncovered with blue floor barrier sticking out (see picture). It looks terrible. They also managed to cut quarter round in my pantry, but never actually nailed it in. I discovered it sitting loosely against the wall (see picture). I know this review is probably a waste of time, but I am hopeful that it will save someone else from using this terrible, incompetent company. Just don’t.
