- IHIrene HullAug 26, 20255.0I needed a few sets of small bolts and nuts to secure together the spines of my dancing fans. I couldn't find the right sizes at 2 hardware stores. I don't want to waste my time going, in person, to check one after another hardware store. I don't know what size they are so I don't know how to order online. And if I know the size, I don't think I can order only a few pieces of each. So I googled online and learnt about this store, and was bought over by the many positive reviews, and the remark of availability of items here that other stores do not carry. That was like months ago, but I did not make the visit until this morning. I am very pleased my husband was able to take me here. An associate, who I thought was another customer, saw my husband and me looking here and there, and smilingly asked if he could help us. Then another associate attended to the items I needed. I was thinking. This is a little purchase. It is not like bulk purchases from Companies, etc. I am just an old lady just wanting to get a few bolts and nuts. Will I be treated respectfully? I WAS. The associate had to go to the back, somewhere, to get my items. There was a 3rd associate working at another register. I do not know any of the 3 associates' names, but I sure appreciate the friendliness, kindness and professionalism, they have shown us and all the other customers, queueing at the register. Thank you.
