- HNHung NongSep 30, 20255.0The June 15, 2025, strong hails storm damaged my roof, my home insurance checked and approved for replacement, and recommended Hardworking Roofing and Construction for the job since this is my first time using this company, and I was very impressed from the very first call and talked with Royce Fletcher, the project manager, and showed up at my residence within 15 minutes and performed all the necessary processes, then provided me in a clear, precise and easy to understand the procedures to replace the roof and the gutter. after all the documents are in order and signed by both parties The roofing crew, and the onsite Supervisor showed up with Royce, started at 6AM and completely done by around 6:30PM with great workmanship and took care of the debris cleaning and a friendly and polite crew, I am very satisfied and my compliments for the company and the entire crew for a job well done. If and when I have chance to recommend this great company for any roofing related jobs , I will be more than happy and with confident to recommend Hardworking Roofing and Construction. a Big Thank You.
