It would have cost me ANOTHER $300 for him to FIND the leak AND $200 for every pound of refrigerant that need to be added!!!! That service charge should have included finding the leak!!!! You LITERALLY pay them $179 to do absolutely NO work.

But my plumber, Naun, was a bright spot in this whole mess. He was so kind and easy to work with, punctual, hardworking, and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust him every step of the way, and he helped keep me calm in such a miserable situation!

Just don’t agree with that policy any other repair company fix things as there were prior. Imagine going to a car mechanic and they repair the lifters but not put the heads back on. Make it make sense.
- CCChris ClaridgeDec 2, 20251.0Better off going anywhere else. They installed the HVAC system for our newly built home in 2022. The technicians didn't hook up an entire half of the system because, to quote them, "they went to lunch and then probably forgot". I had to call them and send photos of the work they didn't do. So now our blower motor has shorted out after only 3 years and they will not warranty their labor because "oh I dunno, it should've gone out quicker than that". They also installed the dryer vent pipe against code with a wildlife cage on the roof causing a blockage and water damage to parts of our ceiling from condensation dripping. They argued everything was fine until I sent photos of the blockage collected via drone and the PDF of the OK Building Code with the guidelines for roof vented dryers. Then they finally decided it was worth it. Poor work, poor customer service, poor outcomes. Buyers beware. Every system they touched has had to be fixed at least once.
