- CDChris DavisSep 3, 20251.0DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CABINETS. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY. This company is not a good company to do business with. The entire process was a trainwreck and clearly, their salespeople care about their commission only and not making anything right or doing a good job by the customer. The cabinet measurements were wrong, we were without our kitchen for over 7 weeks, the company did not respond other than to order the correct size cabinet that had been mis-measured by their installers. We ended up using another company for install, which we were told was our choice and when the cabinets were clearly measured wrong, we were told by the C2G sales rep that it was "like buying a shirt" and we were responsible for the measurements ourselves. This was in spite of us paying their installer to measure. I reached out to customer service one more time before writing this review and asked them to make things right with some sort of refund for our trouble and for all the trouble. I was told that there was nothing they could do financially, so I was basically out of luck. They do not care about you as a customer or how long their mistakes affect you. I am in the customer service business myself, and when I make a mistake (they do happen), I own it and make it right. I reached out to the CEO as he had a blurb in their email saying to email him, and he said someone would get back to me. They never did. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else.
