  Kylon and his crew did an awesome job on installing a new hot water tank in our home this weekend. Arrived on time, extremely friendly, completed the install, cleaned up and answered all our questions.

  Replaced entire system 2-3 years ago. Installation went well until our garage flooded. Drain was out in backwards-repairman came out the next day and corrected everything. Next issue - system installation failed inspection. Corrected the next day. 18-24 months later new system is not cooling the house. They come out quickly. We are then informed the cooling coil is incorrect and it will be another $2000-$2400 to replace the wrong coil. So in my opinion this should all fall on Airco for selling us a product with known issues . The manager and I come to an agreement on replacing it. They charged the system to get us through the summer since the year didn’t have the new coil. This was last June/juky. Haven’t heard from them since. Great customer service- terrible follow up.

  Needed same day help when heat went out during rapidly decreasing temps and someone in the home recovering from heart surgery and strokes. They got someone out quickly and he was wonderful. Got us fixed up right away and helped us sign up for the annual membership, which is well worth the price for seasonal work alone.

  I called Airco to replace two hallway light switches and four long light bulbs in my mom‘s closet that I cannot reach. I’m really needing the work done due to my mom‘s house being up for sale as my mom is now deceased. My mom has used Airco for many many years and even had them put in a water softener for her less than a year ago (more than 8000). When I called and made the appointment last Friday, I was told that there would be a $99 appointment fee and that that would be waived if I chose to have the work done. Tyler showed up today after I took the afternoon off from work and told me that no work would be done today. It was just an estimate. I told him that that is not what was told to me on the phone and yet he gave me an estimate and left the house. He was correct no work was done. I called Airco and pointed out the discrepancies to them and I was told by a young lady there that she had no idea what had happened. She had no idea why the work wasn’t done. That told me straight out that Tyler just didn’t want to do the work at all. She told me that she would be happy to pass my complaints on to the service manager.l and then I could book another appointment to get the work done. I told her I would never call and book any more appointments since they chose to waste my time. I also. told her she could do whatever it is that she wanted because I was going to type out a Google review so that other people know not to waste their time away from work when no work was gonna be done. What they tell you on the phone and what actually occurs when the technician shows up is to totally different things. I would call any other electrician if you actually want the work completed. The manager did call me but ended up making excuses for Tyler in the long run. The phone call was nothing but a waste of my time.
