I subsequently engaged a more affordable service provider, who correctly identified the reversing valve as the actual problem. I incurred a $100 diagnostic fee for their erroneous assessment. I will not be using their services in the future.

I have absolutely no faith that the generator that I spent over $14,000 will actually work if and when power is lost. Based on my experience, Airco is not a reputable company and has no integrity. It looks nice and all the installers were professional, but I feel it was nothing more than a money grab. Using Airco was a big mistake.
