I called to make an appointment and got one same day. Corey came out and inspected and tuned my Heating system. He did a very thorough job, providing pictures of all the components of my heating system. He made one recommendation to replace my blower's capacitor as it was slightly out of spec. I like to be proactive so I agreed to have it replaced. Corey was very professional, well trained and knowledgeable. So much so that I will request him to perform my Spring A/C Inspection and Tune-up. Airco has very good systems for calling in, online, emailing service documents and detailed pictures of services performed. No other service company I have used compares in my experience with all of these. The Airco experience has great people, back office and technicians, very well thought out processes and procedures to communicate and document the services performed. Their prices are not the cheapest but you are getting in my mind almost more than you are paying for. I highly recommend them.

Drain was out in backwards-repairman came out the next day and corrected everything. Next issue - system installation failed inspection. Corrected the next day. 18-24 months later new system is not cooling the house. They come out quickly. We are then informed the cooling coil is incorrect and it will be another $2000-$2400 to replace the wrong coil. So in my opinion this should all fall on Airco for selling us a product with known issues . The manager and I come to an agreement on replacing it. They charged the system to get us through the summer since the year didn’t have the new coil. This was last June/juky. Haven’t heard from them since. Great customer service- terrible follow up.
