  Today I noticed are a/c was not cooling. We immediately got a hold of alltech and let them know are a/c was not working. A tech came out by the name of Terry G. We have worked with him before. He is very professional, knowledgeable, kind, gets his work done in a timely manner. Unless need parts. He is very respectful. He explains things if questions asked about the system. Terry is a asset to alltech. We have only used alltech since we moved to Altus,Oklahoma 5 years ago. I trust them hands down. I am so thankful terry was able to come by and fix our a/c this evening on a Saturday. It needed freon. I am grateful. Thank you alltech, thank you Terry G. Julie johnson.

  Xavier came in reassessed The situation Dang near at a glance, Came back the next day fix the issue make sure everything was Caulked and properly seated While Giving his team And company Kudos for the work they done. Christian and Mason came the day prior and got the job started. I noticed how well Christian and Mason work together. They definitely are epitome of iron sharpening iron. Xavier W Drove it all the way home. The job that we had was quite big So it required multiple visits a few adjustments to make sure it was right and this company so far has come through like nights and shining armor. I am thoroughly appreciative of the team and this company. I can’t leave this review without giving Tony his roses as well. He came in initially, assessed the situation and his assessment was spot on. I would refer all tech and stand on The referral.

  My experience with the company had both ups & downs. I was told the job would take 5 days. It took 6 weeks. For 8 of those days, I had no shower. For 2 weeks, main bathroom toilet was not usable; when it was finally set, it has been running ever since. I have to turn the valve on/off every time it's used. The worst part was the damage and lack of care taken to fill in the gaping trenches in the back yard to reach the sewer main. I have tried many times to get Chase to come out and see what was haphazardly done, to no avail. Next to my pond, the dirt keeps sinking in. I'm afraid to walk on it. Broken sewer pipes, pieces of roots & branches, rocks were all included in filling the trenches. Patio & paver stones haphazardly replaced, though many were broken. The path the machine took left ruts and any stones it crossed, it broke or left the path uneven. I'm very disappointed in how the whole yard was left. I didn't expect new landscape, but I did expect better care. Very disappointed. I'm including a few pics, but I have more.

  AllTech has been great since coming out the first time to diagnose and repair a plumbing leak under our slab. Chris B. came out that time and was very professional and knowledgeable and had our leak discovered and repaired in record time. He was also kind enough to work with us on the demo so that we only have to replace two of our floor tiles (they don’t make them any more and I only had a box of spares left) after they made the repair. We were so pleased with the work that we have now signed up for the seasonal maintenance plan with them and will have them out for all of our plumbing needs. We actually also signed up for the HVAC seasonal maintenance as well and had Adrian out the same day Chris came out for the plumbing and he cleaned and inspected our 2 HVAC systems. I was impressed with the communication and ease of scheduling with AllTech and Adrian was very thorough and had pictures and recommendations ready (along with supporting pictures and diagnostics) when he was complete in order to keep our systems running effectively and efficiently. We’ll stick with AllTech from now on for all of our plumbing and HVAC needs. Thanks again!

  If you have to use this company through your home warranty.. don’t waste your time. They don’t make money on warranty calls and don’t put in near as much effort into finding your solution if it’s not going to give them more business. They came out to fix my washer that wasn’t draining. I was told he couldn’t snake the drain due to it potentially causing more damage than good. He did not actually run the washer to even see the actual problem occur. His suggested solution was to replace the drainage pipe that goes into the wall to be much higher than the washer itself (not covered by my warranty and I’ve never seen done before) I asked for a second opinion, but they took FOREVER to return documentation to proceed with someone else. By the time I got another company to come out my drains began to back up in my kitchen and bathroom. The new plumber snaked all the drains and I haven’t had a problem since.. If the first plumber would’ve done his due diligence, it could’ve saved me months of heartache and $
