It’s infuriatingly slow, and when I called to book a tech to mark the locations of my duct work, it affirmed that they could do that and scheduled the service. When the scheduled time arrived, the technician informed me that they don’t provide the service that I booked. I had already scheduled the other work that depended on the marked locations, and now everyone’s time has been wasted, because Airco doesn’t want to pay a sentient human to answer the phone.
- SDSteven DobbsApr 3, 20265.0Josh were simply outstanding as he installed the new hot water tank. He explains everything about what he was going to do and why he had to do it. At the end of the day he cleaned everything up and the new hot water tank works great. I certainly recommend AIRCO

The AI used when you call to schedule an appointment makes the process take 3x longer than it should. To me that’s lazy business practice, you should care enough about your clients that you have a person speak to them. Secondly, they waited until the morning of the appointment to tell me there was a $69 fee for them to come out. Which is seperate from the $99 service fee that the AI tried to charge me by automatically scheduling a “out of hours service” These two examples of not caring about the customers time left me feeling like I couldn’t trust them to care about my property.
