  TLC added a big addition - 2 beds, 1 bath ~500sq ft to our house. The whole process was amazing, like I can't believe this new part of our home was unused yard a few months ago. They handled everything, like everything we knew about and everything that didn't cross our minds - rerouting an unforeseen gas line, all the permits, dumpsters, inspections. They're incredibly responsive too; always ready to patiently answer questions on the phone or text. Every stage of the project made me glad I didn't try to tackle it myself. There was always an expert carpenter or mason or plumber making sure things were done the right way, and getting our feedback on questions. With a huge project like this, we hit some random obstacles, and TLC was very flexible, always worked with us to ensure everything ended up good. We got a couple estimates from other places, and TLC was the best one.

  They have done small and large projects at our home. Total bathroom remodel and was able to come back and replace old ceiling fan. They installed new door to bathroom. Very happy with results. They will get the job done.

  I recently hired TLC Renovations to replace the siding on my home, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this company. What started as a siding replacement turned into uncovering several underlying issues — and TLC handled every single one with professionalism and transparency. Once the old siding was removed, they discovered there was no ZIP board underneath. They immediately brought it to my attention and installed it properly. They also noticed the gutters weren’t level and corrected that without hesitation. As the project continued, they painted the entire home and identified a leak in our back porch roof, which they reshingled. On top of that, they found the back porch wasn’t attached to the house correctly, which had started causing damage to the fascia. They repaired and secured everything properly. Throughout the entire renovation, Cory kept me informed every step of the way — explaining what they found, what needed to be done, and when to expect each phase of the project to be completed. The payment schedule was clearly outlined from the beginning, and aside from the additional issues uncovered during construction, there were no surprises. Their communication, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way truly set them apart. I would 100% recommend TLC Renovations to anyone needing exterior work done. And to think — I actually found them by asking ChatGPT who could handle all the work I needed for my siding project. I’m so glad I did!

  Highly recommend Cory and his crew! They took our investment property from a near full demo to a modern, updated home. I haven’t seen tile work as professionally laid as it was, and they were very quick to execute on timeline. Plus, open to modifications in builder grade material vs upgraded client-chosen material. Owned their work and took care of change orders or oversights very professionally.
