  My experience with Mill Creek (Norman location) was extremely disappointing and, at times, felt completely unprofessional from start to finish. Working through the sales process with Dan was actually very positive. He is kind, professional, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, that was not reflective of what followed once the work began. The contracted crew delivered what I can only describe as shockingly poor tile work. It was far below any reasonable standard and, in my experience, worse than work I have done myself with no professional training. The job site was left in unacceptable condition. I spent the entire weekend cleaning grout off tile, walls, and doors after they left a significant mess throughout our home. Freshly painted walls were splattered with grout, which created additional out-of-pocket expense and time to fix damage that should never have happened in the first place. To make matters worse, the crew could not communicate with us, which made everything more difficult and frustrating in real time. There was no clear scheduling communication, and we were often left guessing when or if anyone would show up. On the first day, the crew stayed until after 8 PM, which added to what already felt like a chaotic and poorly managed project. When issues were raised, the company did send the same crew back with a supervisor, even though we had specifically requested a different crew. While some corrections were made, the overall experience did not feel like true accountability or quality control. It felt reactive rather than proactive, and it did not restore confidence in the workmanship. Communication throughout the entire project was consistently poor. After the cleanup visit, there was also no timely follow up to check on the work or even to collect payment, which only reinforced the lack of organization and coordination. On the pricing side, I was charged several hundred dollars more than what was verbally discussed. I did sign a document reflecting the higher amount by mistake while my salesperson was out of the office, and I fully own that mistake. Dan did help reduce the overall cost due to the miscommunications, and I do appreciate that effort. Overall, I am left questioning whether this was a series of unfortunate events or whether it reflects a company that prioritizes production over quality and customer experience. Based on what I experienced, it strongly felt like the latter. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review, and that should tell you everything you need to know. Even with some efforts to correct issues, I would not use Mill Creek (Norman location) again, and I would strongly caution others. Think carefully before spending several thousand dollars with a company that may not consistently prioritize quality, communication, or customer care.

  Marissa was so incredibly helpful! She went the extra mile to make sure I got what I needed (even though I probably made things more difficult than they needed to be lol). 10/10 experience thanks to her!

  We had luxury vinyl flooring put into our house and it was a wonderful experience. We worked with Scarlett and she was knowledgeable and responsive! We had Daniel and his team install the floors and they were super fast and they did a fantastic job.

  We were able to get our new floor installed even with the Covid-19 pandemic. Kim and the installers were very professional and quick to get the job done.
