- MMMaura McAndrewSep 8, 20251.0I’m sure they do great work. But we did not experience good customer service. My husband and I scheduled a month out for them to come and fix/install a light. it was a long time to wait, but everyone recommended them, so we waited. However, they canceled a couple of days before our appointment, saying it would actually be another three months before they could come. Meanwhile, we could have had someone else come and fix it already. Very frustrating.
