I explained what I wanted in addition to my routine preventive maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me how new thermostat would accomplish my goals and help save me money. He had necessary equipment on his truck and a did thorough job on preventive maintenance as well. Spent time to show me how to use my new equipment. Excellent service and pricing.
