I appreciated all the service options they offered- furniture moving, tearout and disposal of the old carpet- I didn't have to do anything! The new carpet and pad made a massive difference, that room feels so much bigger, cleaner and more comfortable now. Will definitely go back for our next (spur of the moment?) renovation project. 😉

Charlie was very helpful at the selection phase, giving us time to think thru the wide array of options. In the install phase Jarret and Jerry were way beyond expectations in the quality of workmanship and customer orientation. People who have seen the kitchen remark they cannot see the seam where the two pieces are joined. Finally, because a couple of splash board tiles had to be removed [no option], Mike restored them, taking great pains to match the grout and make it difficult to tell they were ever replaced. In the middle of a visit to the store the owner stopped by to get our input on his business – definitely a customer oriented owner! If you’re looking for a great experience replacing countertops I recommend them as your first visit. Bruce Sanderson
