Jessy went the extra mile to try and find the matching base board and carpet. I appreciate the excellent service and communication that Ergon provides.

It is hard to imagine a worker that would do something lazy, inconsiderate, and illegal wouldn't extend these frailties to other aspects of their job. Company responded with a corporate yet professional response. Proffesionalism is in short supply, so take your stars back!
