- DNDem NutsFeb 25, 20265.0Bret Jackson came out and helped trouble shoot a heating issue i was having and was one of the best HVAC techs I've ever worked with. I.. being and electrical tech myself... had already opened up the unit and ran some checks. When he came out we did even more testing and came to the conclusion that it must be a flaky thermostat. I went ahead and ordered one on Amazon (cause it was cheaper and I can install it, lol). He also did a full cleaning on the unit. He knew his stuff, was super friendly, and shot me straight. I couldn't have asked for a better guy to work with. I signed up for the twice a year tune up, and he's going to be my tech for those also. Thanks for your help Bret, see ya in 6 months!!
