They arrived on time and were very polite and professional, working diligently to disassemble & remove our old unit and install the new one. They removed & took away all the parts of our old unit and left the area spotless. The system is working perfectly and is very quiet compared to our old one. We are very happy to have discovered Arthur’s Air and would recommend them highly to everyone!

- LPLaura PadillaNov 10, 20251.0Working with Arthur’s Heat and Air has been incredibly frustrating. Technician #1 replaced a part ($300) and recommended a furnace blowout/cleaning. I scheduled the cleaning ($300), but the technician (#2) who performed it put the furnace back together incorrectly. After that, the furnace began screeching, humming, and stopped blowing air altogether. When I called Arthur’s, they couldn’t send anyone out for several days—even though the issue was caused by their own service. They eventually agreed to send someone (technician #3), who then informed me the entire system was frozen and another part was needed. Of course, they didn’t have the part available, pushing the delay out even further. Three appointments later, I still have no resolution and have experienced some of the worst customer service. Their service created the problem, and they showed no urgency to fix it. Conveniently, every time they came, an upsell or highly suggested new part was necessary. It felt very slimy and dishonest.

He mentioned that his company does plumbing now. I asked if while he was here, he could check a loose bathtub handle in my guest bathroom. He fixed that for me. Tony is friendly and goes the extra mile for Arthur’s customers.
