  Hughes Lumber is the last independent lumber yard and building supply center in Muskogee, Oklahoma. For that alone, they would have my support. But as a plus, they offer better quality materials at prices that meet or exceed the corporate giants that have left our area bereft of local sources. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate this local business. And whether you yourself buy building materials, you should appreciate them, too. Shop local. Source locally.

  My husband and I went to look at siding, trim and wood for our fireplace mantle. We were greeted and waited on by the manager himself! A servanthood attitude. Great customer service, friendly staff and very accommodating. Hometown feel. Thanks Hughes Lumber!
