    Within 30 seconds of starting up the pump we rented it started blowing oil out of the valve cover breather. Further inspection showed the oil substantially above the full line. The motor was leaking diesel into the oil and had a ton of blowby. It was obvious it was not tested prior to delivery. We were in a emergency situation where we needed the pump to operate a full capacity for the entire time we were fixing our water leak, note this particular water line fed multiple towns and thousands of customers. All information and video of the issue was given immediately to your representative. We find it unacceptable for that issue to exist, that reflects poorly on us in front of our customer, especially this particular Federal customer.

    was so helpful when i first called was even willing to open for me on a Saturday if needed but i waited and they was ready for me to pick up the pump and hoses
