  Ivan came in and worked at it non stop. He explained everything and was really on point. One of the better experiences I've had with workers. Really, he was getting it done

  I wish there was a way to leave negative stars but there isn't so this review will have to do. First time I used Mullin, last Dec, was to have a sewer line repaired and I was completely satisfied. So naturally when I had to have my hot water heater replaced I called them again. That was my big mistake. The first plumber I used wasn't available so they sent someone else. All went well until he hooked up the thermostat regulator and broke the valve to hook the gas line too. He had to go get another regulator which took 2 hours. The final bill was $200 more than the estimate. When questioned he said he had to charge for the time to go get the part. I called the office the next day to complain for having to pay for his time to go get a part HE BROKE. I was told I would get a refund which to this date I have not received and am confident I never will. They are a disreputable company with shady practice. STAY AWAY.

  First of all, I want to say that I have used Mullin in the past and have been satisfied with their work. I have spent upwards of $13,000 on repairs. But this last experience wasn't good. First of all, they were supposed to be there between 8 and 12. They didn't arrive until 2 in the afternoon. All they were supposed to do wasn't fix a leak in the hot water line leading to the bathtub and install a brand new toilet in the other bathroom. And for this I was charged $1148. Their price per hour is $292. This small job dragged out for 3 and a half hours. And to top it off, they didn't connect the water to the toilet so I dont even have a working toilet. I reluctantly paid the bill but when I called to challenge the charges, I got the runaround for 3 days. They didn't resolve the issue and I will NEVER use their services again and I will recommend everyone I know to avoid this company. Highly unprofessional and dishonest!!!

  I had mullin plumbing install a toilet and replaced faucets in my shower. The tech did not set my float and by the time I found out by seeing my water bill. Cost me atleast 100dollars on top of normal usage. since then I found a leak on the toilet, found out the bolt holding the reservoir was leaking. It had been leaking a while . Thought it was my shower. But was mistaken. The sheet rock for my downstairs has to be replaced because of the leak. The tech was very nice but wasn't thorough.

  Needed Hot Water tank replaced and since I have been a loyal customer of Mullin for over 20 years I called them for their servive. Tec was on time, very personable and gave the estimate. At that time I thought it was a bit high, but what are you supposed to do when you have a house full of folks and need hot water. Went ahead with the install. After the fact and after paying $3,084.00 people started asking me questions and some were very upset that I had been scammed or downright cheated. I don't think that price was even close to what the same company charged me for the last water heater THEY installed. The charge for that one was half of the latest charge. Someone in charge needs to do a little checking on how the Senator's business is being ran out in the field. A re-bate of $1,500.00 would not be considered too much to ask.Evidently loyalty means nothing compared to the almighty dollar. So so long Mullin after all these years.
