We called about our air conditioner needing to be replaced on a Thursday, and had the whole system replaced the following Tuesday, air conditioner and heater. The guys were incredibly professional, and knowledgeable. So so incredibly grateful for the time and expertise of A-Better!

The office personnel told me they would call when a tech was en route to the house, so I could meet them. They actually called and told me he was there, so I had to scramble to get around and meet the tech. That being said the tech had already started cleaning/checking the outside unit while I was en route which saved time. The system check was uneventful and he installed a new thermostat I had purchased. Insured everything was operating properly and the cost was reasonable approximately $250. I can recommend this company without reservations.
