- CGChristy GrovesDec 5, 20252.0I have been with A Better for about 16 years and in the past couple of years I have been unsatisfied with the Customer Service I have received. This has happened twice in 2 years. I was scheduled for a date and when the window time has past I call and am told it was actually a different day. Another time I waited way past my window time and had to call to find out if my Tech is still coming and am told oh he will be there in 30 minutes. No apologies or a phone call stating the tech is running behind we do apologize. I can't wait all afternoon when I am told between 1-3 and then it gets close to 5 and no phone. Not very courteous and disrespectful of my time. When I called today the Representative who answered my call did not act like she cared. She said oh no it's next Friday. I just told her to cancel it. She said Ok. Like she could care less. I am very disappointed. Tim was a great tech but the ladies who answer the phones are horrible. Tim was the only reason why we kept using A Better. This was my Bi Annual check up that I have already paid for when I paid for my spring cleaning. I will not be referring anyone anymore

We called about our air conditioner needing to be replaced on a Thursday, and had the whole system replaced the following Tuesday, air conditioner and heater. The guys were incredibly professional, and knowledgeable. So so incredibly grateful for the time and expertise of A-Better!
