Our new heat pump is working well and keeping our home perfectly comfortable. They cleaned up so nicely after the job also. I did run into several problems with the answering service. They do not know what they are doing, they misscheduled technicians, called me numerous times with appointments that did not happen and had no consideration for my time and needs. If you can actually get an appointment with a technician, you are going to be so happy with Robinson Air!
