During this past spring we got so much water so fast it dropped the ceilings out of two different rooms. It looked like a waterfall inside the house. I got about 10 different quotes from roofing companies. We landed on Lockwood and Son's Roofing. They explained everything we would need, I chose a new kind of shingle that took a little longer to get here from another state but as soon as they came in they set it up for the first, second and possibly third. They knew we really wanted it done before the 4th of July and that I was having serious anxiety about the rain. They chose to bring two crews to get it done quick. They came on the first at 6 am, they finished a 4,000 square foot roof in just under 12 hours, by 6 pm. That is removing metal roofing, all the flashing and cap pieces, putting down all new osb boards, tar paper, drip guards, shingles and all of the vents. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs. This morning of the second it poured and poured rain all morning, no leaks, anxiety gone. Thank you to Tyler Lockwood and crew! 5 out of 5 stars.
