🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 - Altech has handled over 40 of our work orders across electrical, plumbing, and HVAC—both repair and installation—and they’ve been consistently outstanding. Their technicians are accurate, knowledgeable, and professional. When a work order comes through the dispatch center, I have full confidence that the person arriving understands the equipment and will get the job done right. And if something isn’t resolved on the first visit, they address it quickly and without hesitation. What sets this team apart is reliability. They show up—weekends, Sundays, holidays, and in tough conditions like rain, snow, and icy roads. That level of commitment matters. The scheduling and dispatch staff also deserve recognition. They keep everything organized, responsive, and moving efficiently, which makes a big difference on the front end. Overall, Altech is dependable, customer-focused, and solution-driven. I appreciate the consistency and professionalism across the entire team. Five stars.

Chandler and his apprentice Hayden were great! They fixed an issue with a drain that had collapsed under some concrete. The whole time they were working they kept the area tidy and they even swept the garage after some leaves had been blown in while they were working. They were also great to talk with and we traded some dirty soda recipes lol. Sergio has also been wonderful replacing the hot water tanks. He saw a leak and had recommendations on who to call for the water damage to the walls and really gave us confidence in his work. He explained every step throughly and really made sure we knew what to expect. These guys really made a bad situation manageable and were able.to get through everything quickly and effectively even though we kept discovering new things. Thanks guys!

Ethan did an excellent job when he came out to inspect our upstairs bathroom for a possible leak that was showing through the ceiling downstairs. He showed up on time, was professional, and took the time to thoroughly check everything to identify the source of the issue. What really stood out was how detailed and careful he was during the inspection—he didn’t rush and made sure to explain what he was looking for and what he found along the way. He was respectful of our home and left everything clean when he was done. Overall, I highly recommend Ethan if you’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable plumber. He made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Excellent service by the AllTech representative, Mike M. He arrived on time, briefly summarized his scope of work and promptly began. He was very thorough and meticulous, updating me of his status along the way. Upon completion, he provided a list of items that should be addressed in the future and shared the estimated cost. Mike is a consummate professional!

I have a contract with American Home Shield. American home shield schedule an appointment with AllTech for a window of 13:00-17:00. I used 4 hours of work leave so I could be home while the technician came to asses and possibly correct the issue I was having. It was 17:20 and they were a no show. I understand delays and setbacks. There are variables that are unforseen and we have little to no control over them. However you should have control over communication with customers. You should have respect for your customers ensuring they are not left wondering if anyone is going to show up at all. Your customers should not have to figure out why no one has showed up to their house for the scheduled window of time. You need to show respect for your customers time and appreciation for them conducting business with your to company by communicating to your customers. To leave someone in the dark is essential telling the customer we do not care about your time, we do not care about customer satisfaction. All you communicate to the customer by doing this is service apathy and indifference of company reputation. I hope you can learn from this constructive criticism and the loss of this customer.
