We live on Grand Lake, and all of our interactions with Airco and their techs have been positive. They have responded promptly and courteously whenever we have needed them over the past 12 years, which is why we recommended them to our daughter when she moved to Tulsa a couple of years ago. However, her experiences with Airco in Tulsa has been very different than ours. With the exception of one woman tech (Chelsea, I believe), who went out of her way to help, the other techs my daughter encountered didn’t solve the ongoing issues and treated her in a very dismissive way. She finally switched to someone else who was able to fix the problems immediately. I’m so glad we haven’t had that experience with the techs in our area! The Tulsa area of this company should take lessons on customer service from their eastern counterparts.
