  Waugh Heat and Air installed our new HVAC system, and they were fantastic to work with! Their pricing was very reasonable, and they offered several great options that fit our budget. The team was always punctual and professional, showing up exactly when they said they would. Any warranty issues were handled quickly and with minimal disruption. I highly recommend Waugh Heat and Air for anyone needing reliable HVAC service

  They are great. Fast and friendly service. They make sure to do whatever they can to help and solve the problem instead of just shoving getting expensive new parts. My HVAC system is only about 7 years old and the man that came out (totally don't remember his name) took his time to figure out exactly what was wrong with it. 10/10 highly recommend!

  I contacted Waugh’s heat and air to come do a quote for my home. The appointment was set up for a Saturday as there would be a crew working at a local business that day. Around 4pm someone calls and says they’ll be here in about an hour. No one shows up, no one calls, nothing. So I call the office the following week and someone’s supposed to call me back. They do not. I call yet again and speak to I believe someone named Cody. He says no ones been there? I said no. He then says well we may just not be able to do it. I said that’s highly unprofessional of you and he agreed. Apparently he spoke with another employee because they finally came and did they inspection. Another week goes by with no contact from them. I call them and ask about the quote so they said they’d call the technician and have them call me but they never did. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Do not recommend.

  Called when my AC wasn't working and he was there quickly. Got it up and running ASAP even though he was on the roof of our building in the pouring rain. This young man is dedicated.
