  I called Levon on a referral after our insurance denied our claim, saying we had no hail damage. I was planning to pay out of pocket for a simple repair since the roof was leaking, and I was told he would be reasonable on pricing. When Levon came out to give us an estimate, he was shocked the insurance company claimed there was no hail damage—because we had obvious damage, and a lot of it. He provided everything we needed to file the claim properly, and we were approved for a full roof replacement. I won’t say the project was completely without issues, but nothing outside of what you’d expect when replacing an entire roof. They handled all the issues professionally and in a timely manner. You won’t be disappointed with the service you receive. Highly recommend!

  Levon presented us a very professional proposal which included copies of his insurance and licensing certifications. His bid was concisely stated and understandable. He worked with our insurance company and provided photographs and other data needed for the insurance company to correct their payments to us. The roof of our house was finished in one day and is very, very nice. Our shop took a little bit longer, but was done quite well. My husband is satisfied with Impact's work.

  Impact Construction Group and Levon are the best contractors I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We needed a roof replaced in a short period of time and they did an outstanding job and installed a great roof. They came through big for us. I highly recommend this company.

  It was a pleasure to deal with Impact Construction. Levon went above and beyond to take care of us. He came out the day after our big snowstorm when most businesses were closed. Our roof was leaking, soaking the wall around the breaker box, and also leaking into our attic. He implemented a temporary fix, and returned later with his crew and fixed it completely. They also replaced the sheetrock in the garage. Levon is very knowledgeable, and we trust him completely.
