They ended up changing my thermostat wiring and he had another technician come to help him out I believe his name was Jose. They let me know we had a water leak up in the attic which I appreciate. Have used triple play multiple times and this is by far my best experience with the technicians.

Also helped me with things I didn't know I needed a d explained why and how often I would need that maintenance done, without doing the hard sell -- just telling me what to look ahead for so I could plan ahead and not find myself with a more expensive issue due to lack of routine maintenance I didn't realize I needed. They are also honest enough to tell you what you don't need and why. Great, knowledgeable craftsmen with integrity.
